Currently sipgate basic residential accounts support one UK telephone number each.
If you need a second phone number that's no problem, but you'll need to create a second basic account. To create the second account you'll need to used a different email address to the one registered with your existing account.
Support is planned for an additional line or SIP-ID and a second UK or international phone number, but a timeframe cannot be offered.

If you're porting your existing phone number over to sipgate it can be added to your basic account alongside your existing sipgate phone number. Please note that calls to both your sipgate and ported number will route in the same way to all online VoIP phones.
Each customer can have two sipgate basic residential VoIP accounts for personal or home use. SOHO and small business use of the basic residential service is also permitted (click here).
sipgate can only provide account information, make account changes or provide support when contacted from the email registered with your sipgate basic account.
As per the 'basic' service's T&Cs and ToS please be sure to keep your sipgate basic account's email address up to date at all times.
