Using Multiple Phones Behind the Same Router:

If there's more than one VoIP phone/device on the same local network, the following local UDP port numbering scheme will avoid port conflicts.

For each SIP Phone or device you add, please increment the Local SIP UDP Port and RTP Port values by 100:

Example:

Local UDP Port Numbering Scheme:
Phone X_UserAgentPort
RTP LocalPortMin - LocalPortMax
Phone 1 44160 44104-44120
Phone 2 44260 44204-44220
Phone 3 44360 44304-44320
Phone 4 etc.. etc...

If you use an older analogue (BT) telephone and do not receive a ringing tone on inbound calls you may require a special adapter cable called RJ11 to BTS adaptor with ring capacitor. This cable will provide the expected ringing signal for UK analogue phones when used with US American manufacturer's adapters.
