Setting up your voicemail

 To set up your sipgate basic residential account's voicemail login here.

 Click on the Voicemail tab in your account's Feature List:

If the Voicemail feature isn't listed, you'll need to book it first for free in the Feature Store.

 Next choose to send calls immediately or when unanswered after a delay:

If you choose to send calls to your voicemail immediately, incoming calls will not ring through to your phones.

 Lastly choose whether to play the standard sipgate voicemail greeting or to play your own personalised greeting.
