It is possible to transfer your existing sipgate basic residential number and credit balance over to your sipgate team account.
To do so, you'll need to have a sipgate team account which has been upgraded out of the trial to a regular team plan.
To make an official request, please:
Login to your sipgate basic account and go to Settings.
Under the settings tab, please click Switch under the option Switch to sipgate team.
Here, please enter the email address and password for your sipgate team account and click Switch.
After the above has been completed, you will receive an email from us on how to continue with the transfer of your sipgate basic telephone number to sipgate team.
Please note: Transferring your number from sipgate basic to sipgate team is irreversible. It is not possible to transfer a number from sipgate team to sipgate basic.
